What does shipping cost?
A free shipping option is available for mattress orders delivered within the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or destinations outside the lower 48 states, call 888-889-2812 to discuss available delivery options and cost.
How will my mattress be packed and shipped?
- After production, the mattress is compressed, folded, rolled, and boxed.
- A typical shipping carton is approximately 42–47 × 16 × 16 inches.
- Orders leave our New Jersey facility using a ground carrier such as FedEx or UPS.
- USPS may be used for some shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Are your mattresses made in the USA?
Yes. Our replacement mattresses are made in the United States and ship from our New Jersey facility.
How long will production and delivery take?
QuickShip sizes
In-stock sofa bed mattress sizes generally leave our facility within one to two business days.
Made-to-order mattresses
Custom sofa bed, RV, marine, and truck mattresses generally ship within 4–10 business days.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes. We will send an email confirmation when your mattress ships. The message will include the available shipment and tracking information.
Can I cancel an order after it ships?
You may request cancellation before delivery. Once an order has shipped, you are responsible for the original freight expense and the cost of return shipping.
