How do I make a custom order?

Choose the option that best matches your mattress. Each section explains what to measure, what to send, and what happens next.

How do I order a custom-size sofa bed mattress?

Select the exact length and width you need directly on any sofa bed mattress product page, then add the configured mattress to your cart and check out.

How do I order a custom shape or size for an RV, marine, or truck mattress?
  • For a rectangular mattress without cuts, select your length and width on the product page.
  • For a common cut style, choose the matching shape and measurements on the product page.
  • For a fully custom shape, create a paper template and mail it to us, or upload a digital file with complete dimensions.

How do I get an estimate for a custom-shaped RV, marine, or truck mattress?

Send us the following information so we can prepare an accurate estimate:

  • A rough sketch or photo showing all cuts, large radiuses, and tapered sides.
  • The maximum width and length of the existing platform and mattress.
  • The mattress model you would like us to quote.

How do I create a paper template for a custom mattress?

Follow these five steps to create an accurate outline for an RV, sofa bed, marine, or truck mattress.

  1. Create one large sheet. Patch together paper so it hangs slightly over every side of the mattress platform. Flooring paper, gift wrap, or another easy-to-join paper works well.
  2. Trace the platform. Press the paper over the sides and carefully trace the complete outline.
  3. Mark the sleeping side. Before removing the template, write “TOP” on the side you will sleep on.
  4. Add your contact information. Under the “TOP” marking, include:
    • Your name
    • Shipping address
    • Billing address, if different
    • Contact phone number
    • Email address
  5. Send the template. Fold it into an envelope or roll it into a tube and mail it to:
