Ordering your replacement mattress

Ordering directly online gives you access to more specialized options than most retail stores can stock:

• More shapes and sizes: Choose from stock dimensions, custom sizes, and custom shapes.
• Purpose-built quality: Each mattress is designed specifically for sofa beds, RVs, boats, or truck sleepers.
• Factory-direct value: Ordering directly avoids the added markup commonly found at retail stores.
• Custom availability: If a standard option does not fit, we can usually make one to order.
• Secure payment: Card payments are processed through Braintree, a PayPal company, and card details are not stored on our website.

Yes. We manufacture radius corners, large-radius ends, tapered sides, and mattresses that combine multiple cuts and curves.

For complex shapes, we will usually ask for a paper template of the mattress platform. See our custom ordering instructions for the full process.

• Your full credit card information is not stored on our website.
• If you prefer, call us to arrange payment and place the order by phone.

Our current policy charges sales tax on orders shipped to New Jersey. Any applicable tax is shown during checkout before you submit payment.

If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your mattress so we can help. Returns are limited to the standard sizes below and do not apply to custom orders.

After speaking with us, we will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Return the mattress within 30 days of receipt with the RMA number on the shipping label. Refunds exclude the original shipping charge, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Our mattress warranty covers manufacturer defects for five years from the purchase date. Mattress covers are excluded. Warranty returns must be sanitary and stain-free, and customers are responsible for freight charges.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace a covered mattress at no additional product cost beyond freight. Learn more about our quality pledge.
